HSE Engineer

Job Details

HSE Engineer with 10 Years of experience with EPC works and/or working in live process plants including knowledge of LOTO

Requirements: 

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline (with MOHESR equivalency)
2. Certifications like NEBOSH IGC are mandatory, and IOSH or OSHA will be an added advantage
3. SOE membership/Engineering License will be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills:

1. HSE regulations, local labor laws, and international safety standards (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001)
2. Risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification
3. Incident investigation and root cause analysis
4. Emergency response planning and safety audits
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent communication and training abilities
7. Report writing and documentation skills
8. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

Ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the project.  

Conducts risk assessments, audits, and safety training.  

Investigates incidents and implements corrective actions.  

Supports the development of HSE policies and procedures.
