UAE: Two school buses collide, 14 injured including 13 students

13 students, aged 6–12, and a teacher were hospitalized after the accident

Sharjah: A collision between two school buses on Shaikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, en route from Ajman to Sharjah, left 14 people injured on Monday, June 9.

The accident involved 13 children aged 6 to 12 and one teacher. Emergency teams from National Ambulance arrived within 13 minutes and quickly took control of the situation.

All students were transported to two hospitals. Three were admitted to Al Qassimi Hospital in Sharjah and later discharged after treatment, while the rest were taken to Khalifa Hospital in Ajman. Some students received medical care at the scene.

National Ambulance reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing emergency response capabilities and delivering world-class pre-hospital care to ensure community safety.
