This involves embedding sustainability into recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and reward systems. Employees must see that ethical conduct and sustainability are not peripheral concerns, but essential criteria for success. Cross-functional teams focused on sustainability and ethics can foster collaboration across departments, ensuring that responsibility is shared, not siloed.
